Payment Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brainforce services provided by Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™), you agree to be bound by the following payment terms. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Service Details

You are granted permission to access and Use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use only, and solely for your brain-training purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the restrictions contained in this Agreement. This license may also be terminated by us at any time in accordance with Sections 5 and 9 of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this license or the Agreement, you must destroy any downloaded Content in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree that you will NOT participate or engage in, nor encourage or aid others to participate or engage in, directly or indirectly, any of the following activities:

  • Service: Brainforce brain games

3. Subscriptions Details

a. 3 Months Plan:

  • Cost: $14.49 per month
  • Total: $43.47 for a 3-month subscription
  • Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew for another 3-month term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next term begins.

b. 6 Months Plan:

  • Cost: $7.49 per month
  • Total: $44.94 for a 6-month subscription
  • Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew for another 6-month term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next term begins.

c. Lifetime Plan:

  • Cost: One-time payment for Lifetime Access
  • Inclusions: Lifetime access to all currently offered Brainforce services, including games, assessments, and features, as well as any future feature releases.
  • Note: This is NOT a subscription service, and there will be no additional costs or charges.

If you are a subscriber to our Services, you further agree as follows:

3.1 Agreement to Pay.

(a) If you are a Services User, you will be responsible for the fixed and periodic charges and fees (including prepayment plan fees for multiple periods of recurring monthly fees) you selected at the time of subscription.

3.2 Auto-Renewal:

For subscription plans, the automatic renewal feature ensures uninterrupted access to our services. You have the option to cancel at least 24 hours before the next term begins to avoid renewal charges.

Your Services membership will automatically be extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration selected at the time of your purchase, at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate. Until you cancel, we will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. Your non-cancellation of the Services or continued use of paid subscription features of the Services will reaffirm that we are authorized to charge you. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew. The renewal charge will generally be the same as the prior period’s charge unless we notify you in advance at the time of sign-up or before the beginning of the renewal period as described above if:

(a) you purchased a multiple-period prepayment plan or,

(b) you were eligible for a promotional rate but are no longer eligible for that rate, then your subscription will be offered to renew at our then-current non-promotional subscription rates at the start of the renewal period. If you fail to renew your subscription to any Services before its scheduled expiration date, then the then-current non-promotional subscription rate will apply.

3.3 Cancellation of Service Subscription. You can cancel your subscription to our Services at any time by contacting Customer Support at support@mybrainforce.com. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. We reserve the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect. If you terminate your paid subscription for Services, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period.

3.4 We reserve the right to revise the terms of the fee charge, cancellation, and refund policies, upon reasonable advance notice communicated on the Website and/or Mobile App or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such changes were implemented.

3.5 All prices for our brain games services specified above are inclusive of all taxes. However, the prices may be subject to change depending on applicable VAT tax rates and changes of such rates in the place of your residence from where you are making the purchase.

4. Billing Terms

4.1 After purchase of your chosen subscription plan we provide you with instant access to our brain games service depending on which plane you choose. When you purchase a 3-month Brain games service from us for the first time, your payment card will be automatically charged with the then-current price for three months of brain games services. When you purchase a 6-month brain games service from us for the first time, your payment card will be automatically charged with the then-current price for six months of brain games services.

4.2 If you continue to use monthly Brain games services after the first month, we will continue to charge you at the regular rate of the current price for each month of using the Brain games services. If you continue to use annual Brain games services after the first year, we will continue to charge you at the regular rate of then-current price for each year of using the Brain games services.

4.3 You can cancel your access to our brain games services anytime by simply sending an email to our customer support team at support@mybrainforce.com.

5. Agreement Changes

Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™) reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Brainforce services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 4. Changes to the Agreement.

This Agreement may be modified from time to time. Notification of these modifications will be made through the posting of an updated version on this webpage. Be sure to revisit this Agreement often in order to stay knowledgeable of any modifications, as they will automatically be binding on you as a User. Any modifications to this Agreement will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after modifications have been posted serves as an indication of your acceptance of the modifications and your agreement to comply with them.
