1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brainforce services provided by Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™), you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Details

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Brainforce services for your personal, non-commercial use only and solely for brain-training purposes.

This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of the restrictions contained in this Agreement or applicable laws.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Service and destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized use.

  • Service: Brainforce brain games and related cognitive assessment tools.

3. Subscription Details

a. One Month Plan

  • Billing: $29.99 billed every month.
  • Access: Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • Renewal: The subscription automatically renews every month unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

b. 2 Months Plan

  • Billing: $59.97 billed every 2 months.
  • Access: Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • Renewal: The subscription automatically renews every 2 months unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

If you are a subscriber to our Services, you further agree as follows:

3.1 Agreement to Pay

By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to pay all applicable subscription or one-time fees associated with your selected plan.

You authorize Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™) to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

For subscription plans:

  • Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as originally selected (monthly or 2-month plan).
  • Charges will be applied at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing authorization for us to charge your payment method.

If your payment method cannot be charged, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.

3.3 Cancellation of Service Subscription

You can cancel your subscription to our Services at any time by contacting Customer Support at [email protected].

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
  • We aim to process cancellation requests within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

3.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and renewal rates at any time.

Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles or new subscriptions.

3.5 Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on VAT or other tax rates applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing Terms

4.1 Recurring Billing

  • One Month Plan: $29.99 billed every month.
  • 2 Months Plan: $59.97 billed every 2 months.

Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment.

Charges will be applied automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

4.2 Payment Authorization

By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees and renewals associated with your selected plan.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to have a positive experience with Brainforce.

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted where appropriate, particularly in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevented access to the Service.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Other exceptional circumstances.

As our Services provide immediate access to digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Partially used subscription periods.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.

However, we are always happy to review your case and aim to find a fair resolution.

6. Agreement Changes

Brain Metrics Initiative Ltd. (BMI™) reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
